Among the limitations of Windows 7 Starter edition is the impossibility of changing the wallpaper. Sad but true: Starter is doomed to always display the same wallpaper. It is the bane of many owners of netbooks.

Luckily, here Starter Background Changer, a panel of choosing wallpaper that integrates with Windows 7 Starter. Although the installer is only available in French, Starter Background Changer is adapted to the language of your team.

After installing Starter Background Changer, the first thing you'll notice is the return of the Customize button in the Desktop context menu as well as an option to use images as wallpaper by right clicking on a file JPG, PNG or BMP. For each fund you choose and adjust its position.

Much more elegant than other similar patches, Starter Background Changer brings the desired freedom of choice of fund in Windows 7 Starter.
