Excellent icon editor, simple and very complete.

IcoFX is one of those little surprises everyday able to rejoice in the day: a program that, under a plain and simple appearance hides an entire icon editor prepared to offer all the tools you need to create and edit icons for your PC.

You can design icons from scratch, in any size, color depth up to 24 bits and even support for transparency (alpha channel). If you wish, you can import an image (BMP, PNG or JPG) or capture a graph of your screen to turn it into icon.

IcoFX also includes more than forty special effects and filters that add the finishing touch to your icons and get really attractive and professional results.
