PHP is a scripting language based on, "server-side," multiplatform enter code within the pages and create dynamic websites.
Most of the PHP code has been rescued from C, Java and Perl with a few special features. The goal of this language is to allow you to write dynamically generated pages quickly.
PHP is a scalable high performance with all the tools you would expect from a programming language such as loops and mathematical operations.
It can handle variables, HTTP headers to send, create graphics in real time, set cookies, manage authentication, redirect users, and much more.
PHP can also use ODBC to access Microsoft Access databases or dBase, Microsoft SQL servers, text files and other data sources. |
